Enquiries and bookings
Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. The date, location, coverage, deliverables, licence, delivery arrangements and price are agreed in writing before you book. This website does not take payments. Please check your booking details and tell us about access requirements, venue restrictions or essential photographs during planning.
Prices and payment
Basic costs £499; Standard costs £699; Pro starts at £999. The Packages & Pricing page lists the included coverage and deliverables. On-site prints cost £5–£60 per print; an example school bundle is 2 prints for £15. Add-ons and any travel charges are quoted for your requirements. The total payable, any deposit, payment method and due dates are set out in your written booking before acceptance.
Changes, cancellation and rescheduling
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Availability and any resulting price change are confirmed in writing. Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements, including any charges and what happens if we cannot provide the service, form part of your written booking. Any cancellation charge must be fair, reflect the relevant loss and take account of reasonable steps to reduce that loss. These arrangements do not take away your statutory rights.
Consumer cancellation rights
For qualifying distance or off-premises service contracts, consumers normally have 14 days after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. You can tell us clearly by email or post. If you expressly request work to begin during that period, a proportionate charge for work carried out may apply where the legal requirements are met. The right to cancel a fully performed service ends only where the required prior consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Any applicable exception is explained before booking.
Prints and digital content
The cancellation rules for goods and digital content differ from those for services. A cancellation exception may apply to prints made to your specification or clearly personalised, but it does not automatically remove cancellation rights for the photography service. Early supply of digital content requires the relevant express consent and acknowledgement where this would end a cancellation right. Your rights if goods, digital content or services do not meet their legal requirements remain unaffected.
Delivery and licences
Your booking sets out the delivery timescale, editing scope, gallery availability and any agreed revisions. Edited assets are supplied through an online gallery as agreed. Copyright is retained by the relevant rights holder unless assigned in writing. Your agreed licence determines personal, social and commercial use. See the Copyright & Licensing Notice for details.
Care, quality and liability
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights or remedies.
Complaints
Please email info@fireflypixelstudio.com or write to our registered address with your name, booking reference if available, the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will consider the information, contact you about any clarification needed and explain our response. If further investigation is needed, we will let you know the next steps. Raising a complaint does not limit your statutory rights or legal remedies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not remove mandatory protections available to consumers or any right to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
