How do I book a session?
Call 07436652526 or email info@fireflypixelstudio.com. We’ll confirm date, location and package in writing.
What areas do you cover?
Reading, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, London, and surrounding areas. Travel beyond this may incur a fee — quoted upfront.
How much do packages cost?
Basic £499: 2 hours, 50 edited photos, online gallery and digital download. Standard £699: 4 hours, 100 edited photos, gallery, download and print release. Pro from £999: 8 hours, 200 edited photos, gallery, download and photo album. On-site prints cost £5–£60; a school bundle example is 2 prints for £15.
How long until I receive my photos?
Turnaround is confirmed in your booking. Edited assets are delivered via online gallery.
Do you print on site?
Yes — instant photo services for events and school functions. Ask us how.
Who owns the copyright in the photos?
Copyright is retained by the photographer or relevant rights holder unless assigned in writing. Your booking sets out your agreed licence; Standard and Pro bookings include a print release. See the Copyright & Licensing Notice for details.
Can I use my photos on social media?
Your package includes a personal/social licence. Commercial use requires the appropriate licence — ask us.
How do you handle my data?
Our Privacy Policy explains how contact and booking information is handled. Images of identifiable people, especially children, require appropriate care; school work follows the school’s safeguarding and photography policies.
Do you photograph children?
Yes, with parental or guardian consent and, for school work, in line with the school’s safeguarding and photography policies. We never publish images of minors without explicit written consent.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your booking contract and Terms & Conditions. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Do you use a drone?
Drone photography and video are available subject to location, permissions and operator availability being confirmed for your booking.
Can you handle large events?
Yes — scalable capacity via our freelance network.
